In my first few years building my business, I was constantly stressed.

I either had more work than I could handle, or I was stressing about where my next paycheck would come from.

I couldn’t figure out how to go about finding clients without feeling totally gross…and when I did find them, I struggled to set boundaries.

Even when things were going great, I found myself constantly worrying that it would all go poof tomorrow.

All this to say - I did a lot of flailing in my first few years, and was surprised to find myself back on the verge of burnout.

So I decided to create the resource I wish I’d had back then - a group mentoring program that’s affordable, delivers tons of value, and is led by someone who’s actually been there (yep, that’s me!).

Q4 Momentum Challenge

This challenge is designed to help you build momentum and fill your pipeline so that you can start 2025 strong. Through a series of eight challenges (delivered every other week), you’ll take consistent action, experiment and learn, with accountability and feedback from Meghan and your peers. Joining after October 2024? You’ll be able to access all previous challenges via our member hub!

Bi-Monthly Group Calls

Twice a month, we’ll meet for an hour-long session that combines deep dives into topics like building your online presence and defining your niche, with hands-on opportunities to workshop offers, fine-tune messaging, and more. As part of this community, you’ll have a say in what we cover, ensuring the content is tailored to your needs. You’ll also receive replays and notes from each call, including calls that took place before you joined the program.

  • The group mentoring program is geared towards fractional leaders and independent consultants navigating the early stages of building their business.

    Most current members are in the first two years of building their business, but if you’ve been at it for longer and feel like you need some help navigating, we’d love to have you!

    And if you’re a freelancer, agency owner, or coach, this is probably not the right fit for you. Having worked with a handful of coaches and mentors in my own business, I’ve realized that fractional leaders and independent consultants have a different set of needs and challenges, so I wanted to create something tailored to them.

  • We meet via Zoom on the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 11am PT/2pm ET. Can’t make it? You’ll receive a replay of each call, complete with key takeaways and a full transcript.

  • My goal is to keep the group feeling personal. That means I'm only opening up 5 spots per month for the time being.

  • Nope, not at all! We welcome new members on a rolling basis, and you’ll receive access to the full archive of bi-monthly calls and the Momentum Challenge.

    We don’t have a set curriculum, and instead identify call topics as a group based on where members are at in their businesses and where they need support. (In other words, no pressure to “get caught up” when you join!)

  • Okay, that's not a question. A couple of things went into pricing this program:

    • It was really hard for me to invest in my business for the first couple of years, but I would have benefitted SO MUCH from mentoring back then. I wanted to create something that's both valuable and affordable.

    • I plan to add even more value to the program over time; as I do so, I'll increase the quarterly rate for new members.

  • Hi! I'm Meghan Hardy. I spent 15 years enthusiastically climbing the corporate ladder before burning out, quitting my job (without any sort of plan in place), and accidentally starting my consulting business.

    I've been building that business for 7 years, since well before fractional work became a buzzword. My revenue has been in the six figures each year since launching, although those early years felt like such a struggle.

    While marketing consulting remains my primary business, I also mentor fractional leaders and independent consultants building their own businesses to help them shortcut through some of the flailing I did in my first few years.
